Quarterback Issues?

Oklahoma?
Auburn?
Kentucky?

Now, Miami's quarterback Kyle Wright has already thrown two interceptions in the first half. New starting qbs have had a rough opening weekend. Florida State's Drew Weatherford is not exactly flinging it around, either.

The biggest choke of the weekend belongs to Boise State's overrated, but heralded, veteran junior starting quarterback Jared Zabransky. Whose four interceptions is the most disappointing performance of the weekend.

Boise State and Zabransky just have to look back to 2003 for hope. Another heralded veteran junior quarterback started his season with four interceptions in a blow out loss. Who? Mr. Ben Roethlisberger had a miserable start to his junior year. His Miami Redhawks were embarrassed 21-3 by Iowa. Big Ben shook it off and threw for 4,486 yards and 37 tds, and only six interceptions the rest of the year. Miami finished with 13 straight wins and ranked in the top ten to end the season. So Boise State there is hope, but too bad Jared Zabransky is no where near the talent level of Ben Roethlisberger.
