Why is Cal Travleing to New Mexico State?

Cal is finishing up a home and home with New Mexico State tonight at 30,343 seat Aggie Memorial Stadium in Las Cruces. NMSU has no chance at a win, but pulled out another victory. Getting a nationally ranked Bowl Championship Series conference team at home on national television.

NMSU can air it out, and if Cal does not come with its A game on defense, this could be a fun shootout for at least the first half. It works out perfectly for those on the left coast, catch the first half before going out, and wake up Saturday morning and catch Gameday. Its better than watching Iowa State at Army, tied at 7 as I blog.
